Martin Hinner (2007) pointed out that the ARM family has several benefits like low power consumption which is suit by battery-powered device, unified memory bus which is good for SoC integration process, and ARM and Thumb instructions which will support speed and code density of application, so the ARM family is not only very popular but also significant role in embedded system.
